Amazon is hiring a Customer Service Associate To act as a liaison between customers and companies.
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, cancelations, and other queries.
A customer service agent interacts with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Welcomes customer by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Assist customers in returns and collection of the shipments
Scan, sort, count shipments, maintain and update record of all shipments, incoming, outgoing, pending
Handle complaints, provide appropriate information with regards to placement of orders, delay of shipment, cancel orders, answer question about warranties, refunds etc.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Keep the work area tidy and clean
Job Requirements
Minimum High School Graduate or Degree
With 1-2 years in experience in customer service
Can speak English and Arabic language
Must have strong communication skills
Must have experience in computer software
