Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implement the recruitment systems that ensure that we recruit in line with our Essential Behaviors.
Track Internal Recruitment systems Implementation for measuring, monitoring and reporting necessary aspects of recruitment efforts, plans and achievements.
Implement the Recruitment Equity program (External Branding).
Track the implementation and use of the internal job posting system.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for external HR recruitment relations.
Handle all sourcing / filtering activities for annual manpower planning and recruit based on agreed timing.
Implement Recruitment Assessments based on agreed direction.
Handle all the TAS recruitment process through TAS system and manage TAS reporting process.
Job Requirements
3 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent command of English language.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
