    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs

    • Provides information by answering questions and requests

    • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; places and expedites orders for supplies; verifies receipt of supplies

    • Completes operational requirements by following up on schedules, deadlines for assignments, disseminating management instructions and expediting work results

    • Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases

    • Sets up and manages paper or electronic filling systems, records information, updates paperwork, or maintains documents

    • Organizes and services meetings; produces agendas and take minutes

    • Performs other related duties, as required


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • 3 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry

    • Good command of English language

    • Good computer skills
