Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs
Provides information by answering questions and requests
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; places and expedites orders for supplies; verifies receipt of supplies
Completes operational requirements by following up on schedules, deadlines for assignments, disseminating management instructions and expediting work results
Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases
Sets up and manages paper or electronic filling systems, records information, updates paperwork, or maintains documents
Organizes and services meetings; produces agendas and take minutes
Performs other related duties, as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
Good command of English language
Good computer skills
