Alahli Bank of Kuwait in Egypt ABK is hiring a Processing Officer who will be responsible for Booking loans according to limit up to 250,000 LE & processing of all retail transactions
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Reviews all documents related to retail loans facilities (cash loans, Auto loans) against retail procedures and credit risk policy.
Check approved terms & conditions against the credit policy of ABK and CBE regulations
Checking on credit approval memo for each loan according to authorized credit officer limit , applied interest rate ,loan term , monthly installment , are correct based on evaluation screen ,check servicing account linked ,check cycle and all other cirita according to CBE instruction & bank policy and procedures.
Disburse applications through velti application & link the insurance flag to core system
Review all documents for cash loan applications according to limit
Review all documents for pension loan applications according to limit.
Check approved terms and conditions against our bank policy and CBE regulations.
Handles all clients/ departments inquiry for all clients’ through our internal mail.( proceed transactions)
Handles all requests received from recovery department regrading close matured loans, Non-performing loans.
Handle all requests received from branches in order to close loan (payoff process ) after check the request , early repayment fees , available in servicing account
Preparing On daily basis the user batch for all the transactions proceeded.
Share in Task related to our main vault regarding exclude the closed files in the main vault to reduce the huge numbers of boxes and get free space
Share in archiving for loan documentation.
Replacement for processing officer ( secured loans , pension loans )
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree of related discipline
1 – 3 years’ experience in Credit Control in a bank
Experience of Documentation filing
Knowledge of
Core Banking System
Credit Policy Manual
CBE Regulation
