Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Etablishes accurate business reporting with diagnoses based on facts
Performs variance analysis on sales (price/volume/flow) and mesures impact on P&L .
Performs variance analysis on purchased goods and energy supply (gas and electricity)
Performs costs analysis on G&A
Reports results and prepare Flash comments about Sales, Gross Margin, G&A variance compared to Target or Reforecast, Same month previous year, Average of last 2 months
Analyze results & gaps, and suggest corrective action
Cost & Profit center referential management
Ensure the compliance of the analytical structure and cost allocations with the controlling model
Propose evolution of analytical structure to the referential owner to answer new business requirements or improve analysis
Interfacing with Cost and Profit center responsible
Provide to cost and profit center responsible the relevant information to follow their field of responsibility
Answer questions, make correction in case of wrong input and train users to avoid them
Coordinate Target / Reforecast process
Execute the standard price calculation for the follwoing year
Set up and communicate a Target Process Plan
Collect the Business and Economical main assumptions
Plan and Organise the review/presentation meetings with stakeholders
Support the stakeholders all along the Target Process"
Reviews Financial Reporting Quality and Accuracy
Makes sure that the basic accounting principles are respected and that accounting methods for financial reporting are logical, accurate, adequate and optimal
Informs the other personnel in the company of all accounting rules and constraints."
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Business/ Finance
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
Excellent command of English language.
Strong know-how on ERP and BI systems
Strong knowledge of Excel
Accounting and financial skills
