Henkel Egypt is currently looking for a Regional Purchase to Pay Accountant (Future Position)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Create purchasing orders for IMS
Post all incoming invoices for third party suppliers
Run payments for third party suppliers
Maintain goods receipt/invoice receipt accounts and post down payments
Communicate with stakeholders in customer oriented manner
Support technically our internal system for the ordering of Indirect Materials and Services (IMS) in line with the Service Level Agreement
Focus on standardization of the process & tools and the ordering process for IMS and coordinating all involved parties (IT, Purchasing, Finance)
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
Minimum one year of experience in relevant field
Fluency in English is a must.
Turkish and French are preferred
Efficient use of Microsoft Office applications
SAP experience is a plus
