    Job Description

    Henkel Egypt is currently looking for a Regional Purchase to Pay Accountant (Future Position)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Create purchasing orders for IMS

    • Post all incoming invoices for third party suppliers

    • Run payments for third party suppliers

    • Maintain goods receipt/invoice receipt accounts and post down payments

    • Communicate with stakeholders in customer oriented manner

    • Support technically our internal system for the ordering of Indirect Materials and Services (IMS) in line with the Service Level Agreement

    • Focus on standardization of the process & tools and the ordering process for IMS and coordinating all involved parties (IT, Purchasing, Finance)

    Job Requirements

    • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

    • Minimum one year of experience in relevant field

    • Fluency in English is a must.

      Turkish and French are preferred

    • Efficient use of Microsoft Office applications

    • SAP experience is a plus
