Henkel Egypt is currently looking for a Quality & Hygiene Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implementing, managing and executing a professional Hygiene Management System in the plant, and documenting preventive hygiene risk assessments to ensure the microbiological quality of raw materials, semi-finished bulk and finished products
Planning and performing self-hygiene audits, and executing training programs for hygiene management in Production and Engineering departments
Working with the plant team to ensure that customer quality requirements are met, and assuring the quality of products through proper implementation of the Quality Management System of the lab
Managing the quality lab team and ensuring their training according to Henkel standards and job requirements
Following up on the status of the products in the retained samples to make the necessary analyses, and managing all the laboratory materials
Job Requirements
University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or any related field
Minimum 4 years of overall work experience in FMCGs or chemical industrial companies
Solid experience using SAP
Fluency in English
Efficient user of the Microsoft Office Applications
