Job Description
Energizer Holdings in Egypt is currently looking for a Brand Manager who will develop annual brand plans and manages execution of agreed plans to drive business growth consistent with the International marketing cycle plan and global direction.
the Brand Manager will enable Energizer to win at retail by leading the team to provide insight based category and shopper strategies and solutions based on business trends and category expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provides input to strategy development and builds annual brand plans to meet business objectives in line with global direction
Develops and manages activation of consumer and shopper communication and new product launches
Ensures that brand pricing, sales and margin targets are agreed and met
Manages Consumer response works
Develops a detailed understanding of all aspects of the market using global insights plus local category, trade, shopper and consumer and competitor data that provides competitive advantage
Leverages any ATL spend in market plans and monitors media effectiveness and recommends adaptations
Manages 3rd party agencies (Media/ Design/ Creative/ Consumer research agencies)
Communicate to get an approval or check from global regulatory function that applies to Korea (Product regulations)
Delivers a winning activation program that drives shopper interest and maximized sales performance from brand initiatives. This may include retailer events, POSM and visibility, coupon promotions, direct mail, in-store demos etc. to drive existing brands and new product launches.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing/ Business or relevant discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand management with activation experience
Strong English Capabilities – verbal and written
Experience in AC Nielsen research and strong ability to analysis research data
Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Agency management experience
