Job Description
Nile Air is currently recruiting a highly motivated and customer-oriented rotating shift Reservation Agent based in Cairo International Airport, Cairo, Egypt.
In this role you are expected to deliver a direct full service-oriented professional reservation, ticketing, and customer services to our clients, in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and achieve the target sales revenues.
Job Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in reservation, ticketing, and fare policy, preferably in airline industry.
Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-year experience.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
Excellent Arabic and English language communication skills Spoken/Written.
Very good knowledge of aviation products.
High learning agility.
High problem solving and stress management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong selling and customer service skills.
Presentable.
Residency location near to Cairo International Airport.
