Job Description
PepsiCo Egypt is currently looking for a Development Assistant Analyst To execute North East Africa's (NEA;s) Organization Development & Learning agenda in the assigned region for Staff & Front Line and ensure quality intent realization, timely and accurate submission of all periodic reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive the execution of the Non-management (Staff & FL) Performance Management Process (PMP) processes for the assigned region.
Lead the PMP audit cycles for each phase.
Conduct the FL on-boarding program (Ahlan) for all new hires.
Deliver the FL training agenda as per the set plan.
Roll-out NEA’s Values & Code Of Conduct campaigns in the assigned region as per the set timelines.
Lead the execution of the developmental programs at the assigned region.
Manage the preparation of the Academies -if assigned- in terms of handling all logistics, invitations, booking …etc.
Assist the NEA team in conducting the OHS surveys at the assigned locations.
Assist the Activation Manager in reporting function progress updates via submitting accurate and timely reports of all activities & Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain an up-to-date database for the non-management population.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to collect all needed data and finalize all logistics before the start of each activity.
Provide advice/details on all queries related to OD activities to all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
1-3 years experience in the HR field.
Strong drive for results
Very good project management skills (planning & reporting)
Very good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Very good facilitation skills
Very good command of English
