Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK Egypt is hiring a Documentation Officer to Provide efficient assistance to manage credit documentation processes and ensure correct documentation is obtained and processed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Receive credit applications after credit committee’s approval and Prepares facilities against securities
Check approved terms & conditions against the credit policy of ABK and CBE regulations
Analyze and ensure that all borrowing documents are adequate and all collaterals/ supports/ have been perfected
Prepares check list for the required documents to be sent with each credit approval to the legal Dep. & CBD to prepare the required documents to be signed by the clients
Follow up with the account officers regarding all outstanding cases relating to non compliance with the Credit Policy
Review received documents to issue utilization permit and create /amend/cancel credit lines, loans , overdrafts loans, and refinance
Handles the amendment of any limits, terms and conditions, and monitors the credit facilities relevant to the approved limits to minimize to avoid future problems.
Input information on extensions, freezing & allocations of limits to the system
Input interest rates & commission rates to the system.
Links and delinks LGs, LCs, loans & overdrafts to the credit lines. Create loans/refinance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree of related discipline
Understanding of Documentation management
Knowledge of Documentation review
2 – 3 years’ experience in Credit Control in a bank
Experience of Documentation filing
