Job Description
Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK Egypt is currently seeking a Human Resources Officer who will handle the bank’s personnel tasks & the government relations issues and ensure these are resolved optimally.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.
Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Preparing contracts
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Pensions and benefits administration
prepare new hire and termination paperwork
insure applying the accurate contributions for social security ( Basic& Variable)F2,
managing settlement of penalties fund
Files: Ensure that all employees’ files & records are updated and complete Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
Archiving: Archive all documents related to employees in their personal files.
Governmental Authorities Relations: insure strong relation network with all authorities that related to HR operations Function in order to facilitate working process as per the followed regulations ( social security, health insurance, Military & labor offices )
Personnel Tasks:
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience in Dealing with government agencies
Knowledge of:
Governmental Offices and how they operate
Reporting and documentation requirements
