Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Endeavors to provide the best possible quality of service which ultimately will serve to bring in new customers
The Service Advisor notes down the complaints of the customer.
Discusses the potential cost with the customer and seeks approval. If the estimate is accepted.
Prepares the work order and obtain customer approval signature, a completion time is agreed, then passes the order on to the Team Leader/control room.
Handles customer complaints within the bounds of his authority.
Responsible for Communication between Reception, Parts Department, workshop and customers.
Follow up with warranty department customer warranty/goodwill.
Organizing customer reception and flow of work.
