Alexbank Egypt is currently seeking to hire an Agribusiness Product Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist in enhancing and reviewing the existing assets products in small business to consolidate the competitive position of the bank from the agriculture sector percepective.
Monitor any changes in the overall market whether on possible changes on interest rates side or launching new products by competitive banks.
Assist in the process of creating new products in the small businesses in reflection to the customers’ needs of assets products in line with the Bank’s strategy when it comes to funding requirements.
Assist in designing and reviewing policies & procedures processes to optimize operational efficiency
Assist in defining promotional activities/campaigns for new & existing products/programs, publicizing the product through various distribution channels; work with communication team in briefing the Advertising Agency
Training/orientation of all the Retail Banking representatives on all new programs/campaigns to ensure product knowledge and optimal levels of service.
Extract all required reports to follow up on the uploaded cases from network across all stakeholders
Follow up on the correct implementation and documentations handling between branches network and Loan Administration department.
Handle the inquiries of network with respect to product related cases and clear out any challenges arising with all touch points/stakeholders
Coordinate with different stakeholders (internal and external) for all products development issues and need actions
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience
Agronomist Background is preferable
Knowledge on value and supply chain
Fluent command of English
Excellent Client management skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Problem solving
