At Designitch (Luxury Furniture and Interior Design) we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Assistant that is willing to be part of our growing company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
He/She will be liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders, arranging documents for customs clearance and complete all the designated jobs in logistic department.
Data entry on our website and secretarial duties (arranging couriers, screening phone calls..) are also required.
Job Requirements
The person must have experience in logistics and strong IT skills. Attention to details, ability to prioritize and to work under pressure complete the profile.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
Smart personal appearance (Retail environment).
Relevant experience in a similar industry would be an advantage.
