    Job Description

    Energizer Holdings Egypt is currently seeking Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Process, maintain and track Egypt orders cycle from entry to execution, working with Logistics to ship orders or process returns on time.

    • Having engaged internal stakeholders, process order exceptions, customer requests for returns & deductions working cross functionally to resolve credit blocks, process product withdrawal/returns or determine root cuase of under/over supplied or damaged goods. Issue Credit/Debit Notes in compliance as necessary.

    • Ensure processes are performed in compliance with ENR guidlines and local regulations

    • Timely communication with Customers about order status, product availabilty, quality complaints and product enquiries.

    • Work closely with planning to ensure on time product availability; manage product phase in/phase out, marketing activities and new launches

    • Identify, support and enable customer focused, cost effective supply solutions as needed.

    • Partricipate, contribute or execute continuous improvement initiatives that simplify, standardize or automate order management processes

    • Provide regular update and support to Customer Supply Chain Manager of Distributor Market open issues discussion and settlement. At the same time, getting alignment on directions.

    • Work closely with Master Data for on time customer master or product master setup.

    • Maintains and ensure that customer order forms are updated and reflect correct product details and pricing. (Excel Order forms)

    • Take the necessary action to escalate root cause of supply issues, delays, disputes etc in order to meet agreed Value Fill Rate & On Time Delivery metrics

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in any discipline , preferably in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering

    • 3-5 years of Supply chain Customer Service experience is highly preferred

    • Strong communication in English , both verbal & written

    • Exposure in MNC and working under a matrix organisation structure will be advantegous

    • Independent, analytic and number sensitive
