Job Description
Merck Egypt is currently looking for an Accounting Specialist who will be responsible for keeping the company's finances alive by planning, controlling, organizing and accounting them. Activities include establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and advising on financial affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The Associate Accounting Specialist is responsible for the Invoice booking on Merck system.
The main responsibilities of this role are loading payment to be ready on banking platform.
You will be responsible of the Expenses claims manual archiving and processing of booking, the management of the car Allowances
You will be Archiving Invoices and all financial documents. You will be Controlling Merck warehouse.
Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field required
1-3 years of experience in payable team
Good communication with external and internal stakeholders
Fluent English language skills
Computer skills (excel is a must)
