    Job Description

    Beyti Egypt is currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for the following Tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Collaborate with brand manager in setting brand targets (market share, and profitability) and brand plans and activities (Innovations, consumer promotions, activations, sampling…. etc.)

    • Mange effectively the brand plans and targets through deep analysis of brand data, competitors and market data.

    • Formulate the proposals and networks of brand activities, and cascade those plans to sub- category teams and assign related tasks to each one of them.

    • Coordinate & follow up with sub-category team and cross function departments to ensure & facilitate brand plan achievement and brand targets

    • Understand consumer insights and barriers, & determine the right touch points communication to drive brand message including print, outdoor, direct-to-consumer marketing, and point-of-sell material.

    • Collaborate with multi-functional project teams to deliver business growth through initiative/promotion/pricing plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results/learning.

    • Identify growth opportunities, develop a meaningful innovation pipeline, create marketing program that best integrates advertising, trial and trade programs.

    • Pre-and post-evaluation of main activities taking place during the year.

    • Using analytical skills to drive the right decision on product design pricing, trade strategy, competitive defense and communication.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree from a reputable University, Marketing Major is a plus.

    • Years of Experience : Min: 1 Max: 4

    • Working knowledge of the marketing and basic financial background.

    • Solid on writing compelling briefs, and translating winning ideas into winning executions)

    • Understanding of financial principles and the ability to practically apply these to the brand Ability to effectively present an idea or concept

    • Analytical skills to clearly identify and analyze market trends in order to protect and capitalize on present and future business opportunities

    • Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

    • Very good excel, word and power points skills.
