Job Description
Beyti Egypt is currently looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for developing and managing the engineering maintenance schedules for the plant.
Maintain the master data of the engineering on SAP.
Identify and implement improvements to the maintenance processes on site.
Define and Implement the Preventive Maintenance programs for all the equipment.
Set Preventive Maintenance plan and follow on its adherence.
Calculating and reporting Engineering KPI’s.
Develop the KPI’s reporting system to fulfill the requirements.
Maintain documentation system at the level of acceptance for the external Audits (ISO, FSSC,…)
Manage the parts inventory system., SAP PR creation, entering or supervising the entry of all parts transactions such as purchase orders, issues, returns.
Work with maintenance team and vendors to ensure necessary parts are on hand while minimizing overall inventory value.
Responsible for maintenance data capture (losses, cost, breakdown analysis, tag resolution).
Job Requirements
Education: Bcs. Mechanical Engineering.
Work Experience: 3 years of experience.
Strong experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System SAP is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft office package and planning software.
Experience with SAP.
Experience in maintenance procedures, KPIs, TPM, and continuous improvement.
Understand Quality Management Systems (ISO, FSSC).
