Job Description
Beyti Egypt is currently looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for Insuring quality of Trade Marketing activities execution assist in leveraging Sales performance by providing high quality Trade Initiatives targeting for various Trade channels and maintaining synergy with Marketing function.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers.
Insure the quality of Trade logistics, analyzing quality programs execution through health check field tracking reports and instructing frontline staff.
Control the spending of all TM activities “Loyalty programs, MT & KA activities ...etc.” budget to maintain proper utilization of allocated budget and issuing relevant reports comparing actual spending with allocated budget.
Maintain proper communication with DC s & frontline staff to communicate push tactics & major pull activities or events elaborating the role of front line staff in each event.
Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
Supervise the delivery and utilization of POSM & merchandising tools in each trade channel.
Follow up the execution and logistics of MT & KA activities to insure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems.
Orient and instructing internal and external merchandisers to maintain company merchandising standards.
Collect market data & competitive information from DCs for competitive report.
Job Requirements
2 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
Marketing background experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus (Service to Sales concept).
Reporting-analytical skills.
