    Job Description

    To establish, maintain and develop Business Relationships with walk-in customers through timely and effective responses to ensure all walk-in customer requirements and needs are handled properly.

    Meeter Greeter appearance sets the tone for a customer's experience inside the branch and act like a bridge and service link between the customer and Branch Personnel.

    Maintain the Branch in order to ensure the success of the delivery of the anticipated customer experience in an efficient manner, and transform the Branch into an inspiring and comfortable area of performing the banking transactions.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Greet and Welcome customers entering and leaving the branch.

    • Take the initiative to ask customers needs and guide them accordingly.

    • Accurate answers to the customers enquires and clarificationsProvide high quality service.

    • Use an appropriate manner with the key customer to establish long term stable relationship.

    • Properly handle customers, critical comments to reduce or avoid complaints.

    • Maintain the flow of the customers that’s come through and if there is a huge traffic in the branch, he/she will oversee the process of making it go quickly and efficiently as possible.

    • Listen to customers effectively and get as much detail as needed to begin the customer with his/her banking needs.

    • Assisting and helping the customers with simple transactions for example filling forms, vouchers.

    • Carryout routine tasks such as provide basic enquires in frontline.

    • Educating and directing the customers to use the alternative channels for example I-banking/Phone Banking /ATM/CCDMTo make sure all the promotional materials,

    • Vouchers Stationeries are neatly placed, maintained and available for the customers.

    • Timely reporting of abnormal situations maintaining bank and customer funds and personal safety.

    • Reduce customer wait time with proactive approach by asking about their needs and directing them accordingly.

    Job Requirements

    • UAE National

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the field of Service preferably in the banking sector

    • High School / Diploma in any commercial related field.

    • Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.

    • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.

    • Good knowledge and understanding of banking rules, regulations and compliance requirements.

    • Problem solving abilities.Has positive & Friendly approach

    • Customer relationship Oriented.Human Relations skills.

    • Able to work under pressure

    • Computer literacy is a must.

    • Excellent spelling and grammar Arabic, English.Good Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.

    • Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook.
