Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and social media-savvy team player to join our Communications family in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be part of the regional communications team and drive activities and content aimed at engaging employees through internal and external events, using various platforms. A fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Writing/storytelling for various mediums (internal articles, background materials, interviews/articles)
Prepare and implement internal communication strategies
Develop content for internal communication channels (News Centre, internal social media platform)
Conduct interviews with Siemens personnel for internal and external communication
Drive key internal events (Townhalls, webcasts, and other)
Job Requirements
Degree in Communication, Marketing or Media Relations/PR (preferred)
At least four years’ journalistic, public relations, or internal communications experience (publishing, agency or in-house position)
Familiarity with corporate communications
Project management skills
At ease working with/briefing senior management
Familiarity with key business areas/countries in which Siemens Middle East operates
Very good Interview skills
Can work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
Native Arabic speaker and writer
Fluent in English, spoken and written
