Job Description
British American Tobacco BAT Egypt currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist who will will run the recruitment process from start to finish, including working with hiring managers to define required skill sets, source and screen candidates, negotiate offers across all functions and different seniority levels for both Egypt and Sudan markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Facilitating the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates for various roles
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases and different channels
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social networks, networking initiatives
Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
Coordinating the testing process
Issuing regular reports as requested
Coordinating recruitment advertisements and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties
Keeping documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Posting the required vacancies using different channels (recruitment websites, newspapers, magazines & recruitment agencies)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputed University
2+ years of recruiting experience
Active networker and out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet or beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
English & Arabic proficiency is MUST
