L'Oréal Egypt is currently looking for a Category Planning Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible to set the production plan of the Factory each Month, for 12 Rolling Months.
Responsible for Customer service with regards to Product supply.
Lead the execution and Production activity of the Plant to guarantee the right level of Service to clients.
Define with the Market Supply Logistics and Brand Supply Chain Teams the parameters of production and product supply across the Factory and the End to End Supply Chain.
Determine production priorities according to new launches and availability of resource
Guarantee the flexibility and the reliability of the plant on its catalogue.
Set the Overall planning strategy for the Catalogue classification
Ensure that launches or catalogue priorities have been taken into account in the production plan with the Launch Manager
Ensure the RM/PM Planning Strategy and Execution is aligned with Production plan. Develop Risk mitigation plans with Supply Planning Manager.
Act as an Integrator between all departments to ensure bringing teams together for a common goal.
Monitor the Factory Production/Shipping performance in accordance to the Financial Budget
Support the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager in the establishment of the budget and of the 3 years plan
Report Month End Plant Figures of Production , Service to all stake holders
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree In Engineering
3 to 4 years of experience in Production Planning (and/or) Material Planning
SAP & APO experience/knowledge is required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel)
French Language is a plus
Good communication and leadership skills
