Guest Services Associate - Health & Wellness
New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a Guest Services Associate to join the Health and Wellness Center, reporting to the Manager of Administration, Health and Wellness Center.
The Guest Services Associate will provide coverage and guest services to front desk receptions of the Health and Wellness facility.
The post holder will meet and greet students, faculty, staff and guests, providing information pertaining to all inquiries related to the various facilities, services, and schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Pleasantly greet all patients and visitors to the Health and Wellness Center and ensure they are put in touch with the necessary staff member or take care of their request
Handle all student health insurance queries and work with Immigration to insure all students obtain health insurance cards within 2 weeks of arrival
Operating a variety of standard office machines including, phone, copier, scanner, shredder and personal computer
Responsible for entering patients’ information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, setting appointments, handling queries, answering the phone and alerting nurses to patient’s arrival
All other duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager
Job Requirements
High School Degree
1 year work history in a welcome center or related field
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Desirable Qualifications
1 year in a welcome center role in a health clinic or hospitality industry
