Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support for Commercial Project Manager on B/C projects
Update reports required for project controlling
Analyse data related to financial results/outlook and provide support to Project Team
Cost Centre Analysis.
Management of Accruals, Provisions and Work in Process.
Accounts Payable Management, UPRs
Commercial Invoicing, raising Debit/ Credit Memo, GR/IR
Support of Project controlling activities
Prepare Hedging requests and update according to any changes on projects
Job Requirements
Preferable Accounting or Finance Degree.
Basic knowledge of accounting, controlling, forecasting and planning, commercial PM, risk management, accounting, compliance
Excellent communication skills needed for liaising with internal interfaces.
Ability to analyse information and provide reports and feedback to project team members.
Strong Ability to communicate / work with international teams across different countries and cultures.
