    Job Description

    Reporting to the Manager, HR Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for: Leads the studies and analysis related to Job Analysis, Job Description and Job Evaluation grading system for designing and ranking all company Jobs as per the HR guidelines to ensure consistent application of Job Design Policies

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Provides professional advice and assistance to Managers and Supervisors in the preparation of job description through job analysis and in line with the Company/Group Plan Policy and procedure.

    • Reviews and maintains all job descriptions ensuring the reflection of the actual duties and responsibilities involved consistency of format style and minimum requirements prior to final approval by the Managers concerned.

    • Studies complex jobs performed and interviews incumbents, supervisors and managers concerned to ascertain job requirements and tasks/responsibilities involved.

    • Writes detailed job descriptions and descriptions from data obtained.

    • Carries out comparative analysis of job functions, specifications, grades and other occupational data, in relation to other jobs in the Company and within the ADNOC Group.

    • Reviews the ranking of all new jobs and provisionally evaluates/re-evaluates approved job descriptions prior to submitting it to the Job Evaluation Committee.

    • Controls and reviews the grade placement charts with the minimum requirements matrix for the grading structure across the Company.

    • Initiates and conducts special and ad-hoc studies covering all matters pertaining to evaluation and grading structure, selection of benchmark jobs and its detailed evaluation job evaluation policies/procedures, job grade correlation and organizational structure with Group Companies.

    • Provides Recruitment with the approved grades, title, minimum requirements and job synopsis/descriptions to ensure they are correctly reflected in the recruitment requisitions.

    • Advises Manpower Planning Section on the approved grades and title changes to ensure accuracy of the RGT (Rate, Grade & Title Changes Form) and the job files.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines with post graduate in Human Resource preferred

    • Minimum 8 years diversified experience in HR and/or Organisation Development and Job Design

    • Maintain high quality work relationships with the higher level in Borouge organization.

    • Experience in Business Process Reengineering and Change Management.

    • High level proficiency in English and excellent analytical skills.

    • Excellent communication and influencing skills especially at Management Level.
