Job Description
Provide efficient and customer oriented IT Support to the end users by responding timely to enquiries via phone, email or physical attendance by performing frontline and 1st line support for their incidents and requests to ensure the effective resolutions to maintain the smooth business operations and minimal downtime of the IT services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in IT Support call handling and basic troubleshooting Experience in ITIL Incident Management and Request handling
ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory
MCITP is preferred
