    Job Description

    Reports to Head of Organization and Methods

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Analyze existing methods and procedures and prepare and recommend proposals for revisions

    • Meet with end users and define, document, and evaluate business requirements and specifications

    • Document functional specifications for IT systems

    • Formulate test plans and conduct testing, quality assurance, and handover of software developments and third-party applications

    • Prepare and administer user acceptance testing for software developments and third-party applications

    • Assist with and conduct administrator and end-user trainings including the preparation of configuration and user manuals

    • Assist in the execution of IT projects

    • Act as a second-tier day-to-day support to end users

    Job Requirements

    • Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields from a reputed university.

    • General knowledge of relational and transactional databases.

    • High analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • High communication skills.

    • Ability to gather and examine project requirements and implement end-user applications/solutions.
