    Job Description

    the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Conducts market research (both desk & field work) as guided by the Unit Manager to understand the competition in the market and to find new ways to increase sales.

    • Handles all incoming cardholder inquiries (by phone, fax, letters, walk-in customers & through branch network).

    • Visits potential customers with the invitation letter/credit card application based on direction provided by Unit Manager and delivers the signed application to the Unit Supervisor for onward processing.

    • Delivers the processed cards to VIP cardholders.

    • Sends monthly statements by fax to selected VIP cardholders.

    • Undertakes the necessary background work for offer preparation in coordination with Unit Manager.

    • Performs other related tasks as required by the Manager.

    • Coordinates with the Units within the Card Center.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing

    • At least 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing.

    • PC Knowledge (MS-Office package, statistical applications, document management applications)

    • Excellent knowledge of Arabic and very good skills in English language.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
