the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Conducts market research (both desk & field work) as guided by the Unit Manager to understand the competition in the market and to find new ways to increase sales.
Handles all incoming cardholder inquiries (by phone, fax, letters, walk-in customers & through branch network).
Visits potential customers with the invitation letter/credit card application based on direction provided by Unit Manager and delivers the signed application to the Unit Supervisor for onward processing.
Delivers the processed cards to VIP cardholders.
Sends monthly statements by fax to selected VIP cardholders.
Undertakes the necessary background work for offer preparation in coordination with Unit Manager.
Performs other related tasks as required by the Manager.
Coordinates with the Units within the Card Center.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
At least 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing.
PC Knowledge (MS-Office package, statistical applications, document management applications)
Excellent knowledge of Arabic and very good skills in English language.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
