    Döhler Egypt for the production of Natural Food and Beverage Ingredients seeks to hire a Quality Management Assistant who will be responsible for the following tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.

    • Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.

    • Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, Food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.

    • Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g. 5S; standardized work). Notifying the line manager of deviations.

    • Conducting sensory and microbiological evaluations, examining target values and documenting the results.

    • Supporting Quality Excellence Management in processing customer complaints.

    • Ensuring and implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.

    • Performing any other additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

    Working conditions: 8 Working Hours/ 3 Rotational shifts.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor degree of Chemistry/ Agriculture preferably (Food Processing and Food Technology Majors).

    • 2-4 years of experience in process control preferably in Food Industry.

    • Excellent command of English.

    • SAP experience is a plus.

    • Very good Communication skills.
