Job Description
To be the one stop help desk for all administrative support for the assigned Priority Banking network
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Business Specific:
Query Resolution: Support unit staff in daily transactions and operational functions.
Promptly respond to all customer queries.
Correspondence Handling: Receive mail, returned checks, ATM & cc's, making required entries and advising related parties accordingly.
System & Procedure management: Follow necessary system driven and paper based procedures ensuring necessary follow-up for all customer interactions
Follow relevant operational procedures and instruction so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Internal Coordination: Maintain work relationship with various client & customer based departments of Gulf Bank to ensure prompt closure of customer issues and queries.
Corporate governance & Compliance: Work fully within:
Operations procedures & instructions
Risk policies and procedures -All compliance regulations
Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Equivalent Qualification
1-3 years in customer care preferably within Banking industry
