Job Description
Siemens Healthineers UAE is looking to hire a Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) in conjunction with the Regional Support Center (RSC) to be responsible to analyze and troubleshoot incoming Business Partner calls related to application problems and solve the reported issue remotely / by visit to the customer site where applicable; also responsible for application training on new installations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support customer/ Business partner’s peers in troubleshooting clinical problems with patient results, Quality controls and calibrators, which are reported from Siemens instruments.
In-charge for new Systems validations clinically.
Lead evaluation programs for our products on customer sites with high potential for new business.
Following up and insuring highest service quality within area of responsibility
Work with rest of team in join projects
Job Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification from reputable university or college
First professional engagement in clinical application domain
An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills.
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Very good level of English language.
Flexibility regarding travel throughout region
