Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC for Oil & Energy is seeking to appoint a Leadership Development Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage and contribute to the development and implementation of leadership framework and programs to support the development and retention of executive & high potential talent in line with company goals and objectives.
Submit proposals that support the established strategy and plans, assist the Line Managers in determining their leadership training requirements based on the leadership competency frameworks and assessment criteria
Specify advice on specific professional training required to support the development initiatives and solutions.
Participate in the assessment of leadership development programs and training to identify and advice on the expected benefits and outcomes in line with the corporate strategy.
Participate and provide expertise in activities related to coaching, mentoring and networking to meet Leadership Development targets and enable the successful fulfilment of business requirements.
Review the outcome of Leadership Development Interventions and advise in assessing the effectiveness of the program through notable improvements in the leadership knowledge/ skill of program participants.
Study and recommend proposals for continuous improvement of all leadership programs to ensure optimum development opportunities.
Carry out surveys and recommend external parties and contractors who provide leading-edge leadership and top team effectiveness services in order to secure the right subject matter expertise for all assessments, coaching sessions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development or Business Administration or equivalent Professional Qualification.
12 years of experience Human Resource Development specialising in Training and Development in a large oil/gas sector environment, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
