Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC for Oil & Energy is currently looking for a Senior Specialist - Youth Development who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide expert advice regarding the identification of the organization's Competency Career Development needs and participate in the development of the Career Development policies, standards and procedures and ensure their implementation for Entry Point Employees to meet strategic objectives of the company and Emiratization target.
Review/develop and participate in the implementation of the Competency Programs for UAE National employees in line with agreed guidelines to facilitate their timely development and integration.
Review and analyze Entry Point employees progress reports and provide periodic feedback to ensure meeting the development plan requirements and recommend remedial action to ensure attainment of ADNOC Company’s Competency Program objectives.
Manage budgets and create operational plans
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Human Resources specialization from a highly reputed international or an accredited institution in UAE or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience and at-least 5 years in Human Capital / Learning, Development & Training.
Thorough knowledge of Competency Development, Competency Assurance Systems and Competency Frameworks Design.
Ability to evaluate the Learning Solutions aligned with competencies in the competency library and development frameworks.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with ability to write/produce the Competency Programs.
Well-developed presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
IT knowledge and PC operation is essential.
Certification as CIPD, CPLP, CTP, or equivalent certification.
ILM / ICPM or equivalent certification as a First Line Manager.
