    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

      Recruitment

    • Support the recruitment processes for Regional Service Office vacant positions

    • Ensure the new joiners receive their “Hej” induction pack and are taken through their joining administration including IKEA uniform, access card and have their finger print registered

    • Ensure a consistent welcome to the business for all new employees, working with a mix of principal and Al- Futtaim information to ensure that the new starter can reach full potential as quickly as possible


    • Operations

    • Payroll consolidation

    • Overall responsibility for keeping record of the attendance levels, overtime, turnover %, leaves, finance and recruitment dashboards

    • Provide administrative supports in various administration related tasks

    • Supports the smooth operation of their departments like maintaining records for disciplinary meetings, files, taking minutes of the disciplinary meetings in the absence of the HRBP, printing “Employee of the month/year certificates”

    • Ensure that all in-store office documents (appraisal documents, employees` letters) are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary. Including employee warnings letters are filed and easy to be retrieved when necessary

    • Follow up on Probationary reviews 1 month, 3 months and 5 months to be done and file the probationary forms in the store HR office in order to be easy to retrieve Consolidation of monthly reports from Store HRBP’s

    • Ensure efficient archive folder for all co-workers is maintained

    • Ensure disciplinary procedure is properly applied before any employee is exited from the business

    • People

    • Supports to maintain high level of Employee Engagement for the co-workers

    • Organize a quarterly newsletter for all AF IKEA to ensure important events are shared to all IKEA co-workers

    • Reinforce always a culture of fairness, performance-focus and diversity

    • Talent Planning

    • Work with the Talent Development Manager to support the administrative tasks are delivered on time


    Job Requirements

    • High School graduate

    • 3 years HR Generalist Experience or similar role, IKEA experience is preferred

    • High level of analytical, communication and organizational skills
