Undertake administration and office duties for the business development team to focus on proactive sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive a customer during the whole journey of enrolment, including collection of information, internal coordination for Clients’ account set up, system updates and creation of credentials.
Provide day-to-day support to active Clients on operational tasks (web training, credential issues, agreement renewals, commercial communications, etc.)
Prepare reports on all customers’ trends and activities, providing pre-analyzed information to BDMs, KAMs and Management.
For Affiliate portal customers: report and identify potential areas of improvement, to the extent to propose margin actions to the BDM or KAM in charge.
Support in the forecasting of existing customers. Keeping track of sales targets.
Monitor generic sales inbox on daily basis
Keep customers’ database and Salesforce up to date
Job Requirements
High school diploma or vocational qualification in office, computing or administrative skills
Currently working in a similar role for at least one year
Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry (sales and / or reservations roles preferably)
Salesforce usage
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer care verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Very good computer and keyboard skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to work independently, and as a team member
