Job Description
Business Banking was set up as a separate vertical to manage allnonindividual relationships under CWM Business Banking has always ensured that the customers are placed on the right platforms so as to provide them with the best products and services possible
Responsible of developing implementing and managing strategies for driving acquisition of new customers to Business Banking across all delivery
Supports the Head of Sales Distribution Business Banking to identify assess high impact business growth areas Develop propose action plans to capitalize on business opportunities
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Acquisition Strategy development implementation and management Development strategies across all delivery channels to optimize existing acquisition channels and introduce new acquisition channels Identify analyze and prioritize growth opportunities in acquisitions
Implement strategies for acquisition across all channels in coordinate with internal department team banks departments and potentially external partners
Develop partnerships with various entities Social clubs IFAs to drive brand awareness and launch acquisitions campaigns
Identify Business Councils with whom a mutually rewarding relationship can be signed
Provide support to Centre Managers Unit Managers Relationship Managers and Call Center managers in executing and implementing new strategies
Resolve issues that affect the business
Marketing and campaign
Execute marketing campaigns and sales blitz Assist Group Marketing with Business Banking specific LAM
Align marketing and PR activities to acquisition strategies to drive performance
Monitor progress against priorities and recommend any required shift in acquisition strategy
Monitor and manage performance of each acquisition channel with internal and external teams
Analyze performance of each strategy and channels on a periodic basis to understand develop new or fine tune existing acquisition strategies

Job Requirements
Should have Excellent knowledge of Compliance
Post Graduate preferably in Marketing 5-6 years of experience
Technical Knowledge Experience across a wide range of Banking areas Experience in marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills interpersonal skills are essential for this role
Supervisory ability and experience effective communication skills both orally and in writing
Managerial knowledge Supervisory ability and experience effective communication skills both orally and in writing
