Job Description
Kuwait Finance House - KFH is currently looking for Enterprise Reporting Specialist
To develop applications, codes and software and create BI Dashboard, Universe and reports in line with the business requirements to ensure that the required technological support is provided across all functions within KFH.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Update and develop applications and systems in-house in line with the business requirements and IT standards to enhance the business processes across KFH bank.
Update and create BI Dashboard, Universe and reports in-house in line with the business requirements and IT standards to enhance the business processes across KFH bank.
Coordinate with the 3rd party vendors on most of the applications installed and developed to ensure alignment with the business requirements and KFH's needs.
Develop software requirements specifications (SRS) to meet the business 'needs enhancing the process efficiency. Develop customized codes for applications and home-grown solutions to ensure that the business needs are met through a tailored developed solution.
Document all the developed applications regularly to track the systems developed in-house and the ones developed by a 3rd party vendor.
Coordinate with the System Testing team regularly to develop test scripts, conduct the required testing, document the outcome and resolve any issues identified during testing.
Coordinate with the IT security and Central Information Security to ensure that the software and applications developed are secure.
Coordinate with the IT Support to ensure that the software are produced, maintained and delivered in line with the set standards continuously and that the required support concerning the applications is provided promptly.
Work closely with the IT Planning and Architecture to obtain all the required data and information for the applications developments.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practices', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Follow all relevant systems development policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate BI reporting statements and reports to meet KFH and system developments' requirements, policies and standards.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
8 years in IT systems and application developments and maintenance.
Computer and MS office skills.
BI Tools and software.
Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills across cultural and the bank boundaries.
Working knowledge of IT services and system development
In depth understanding of infrastructure components and building highly available computing environment.
Knowledge in existing & emerging technologies.
Knowledge in system integration & administration.
Programming and IT development systems knowledge.
Knowledge in existing & emerging technologies.
Arabic and English speaking preferred.
