Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Performs debit credit transactions through cash or cheque from customers in order to accomplish set objectives.
Prepares drafts and Telexes in order to fulfill the demands of customers.
Arranges transfer of funds between accounts to meet customer requirements.
Markets bank’s products to customers in order to promote Bank’s products and increase business.
Ensure that all Banking transactions are within bank's policies and procedures
Processes all the following transactions:-
Cash Deposit/Withdrawal
NBK Chq Deposit/Withdrawal
Transfer from A/C TO A/C
Close A/Cs
Telex Transfer (Local & International)
Demand Draft
Guarantee Payment of Order
Active Dormant A/C
Daily Bundle
Accuracy in Viewing/Reading customer signatures/instructions
Job Requirements
Kuwaiti Nationality
Diploma Holder and Bachelor Holder
Fresh Graduate
1 -3 years eperience in Customer services or Sales.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Efficient use of computer terminals
Pleasing personality.
Ability to work under pressure
To deal with team work
