    Dubai Islamic Bank is currently seeking to appoint a Data Entry Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Data entry and scanning of Personal Finance Sales applications through FinnOne system for approval and disbursal.

    • Data entry for all after sales request service for credit card through Finn One.

    • To ensure all documents are entered in system in accordance with policy and procedure.

    • Send and receive mail for Personal Finance Sales related documents.

    • To ensure Daily MIS’s is maintained and forwarded to Team Leader/Manager.

    • Keep record of all the mail sent to Credit/ RAO by getting acknowledgments of all the documents from the courier staff.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum is Diploma

    • Min 1 Year experience in similar field
