Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - ADIB Egypt is currently seeking to hire an Executive Personal Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Organizing meetings and managing databases.
Handling all travel arrangement including: accommodations, visa, ticketing, transportation
Organizing company events or conferences.
Ordering stationery and furniture.
Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Attending meetings with senior management
