Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage Importer and Dealer Business Plans.
Steer the Importers’ Variable Margin together with relevant Departments.
Responsible for annual Dealer Network Planning, Space & Staff Capacity Analysis based on planning round figures.
Establish Financial Dealer KPI Reporting in coordination with PAG and analyse results together with relevant PME Departments.
Manage & further develop of a cross departmental Dealer Operational KPI System to successfully steer markets and assess dealers about their risk of business failure (Dealer Performance Reports).
Support in white spot analysis to find new locations in operational as well as new markets in the PME region
Responsible for implementation and ensuring efficient usage of new Porsche Retail Systems and Processes in cooperation with PAG.
Steer regional Dealer Management System Integration projects together with PAG.
Lead further development of regional Operational Standards Manual for Porsche Importers and Dealers.
Program Responsible Pre-Owned Management System (IPL); reporting and analysis of Pre-Owned Business.
System Owner of Action Item Manager (AIM) & Dealer Network Manager.
Manage Retail Innovation projects to increase customer experience.
Manage assigned budgets.
Support Director - Network Development in various projects and ad-hoc requests (e.g. importer contract management).
Supervise Intern - Network Development.
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years’ experience in the field.
Industry knowledge.
Leadership experience.
IT skills.
Project Management, Presentation, Communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor degree, Master is a plus.
Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or similar discipline.
Languages (English, German, Arabic, French).
International experience is required.
