The Arab Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Elite Banking - Assistant Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in servicing new and existing High Net Worth HNW client relationships and providing them with the full suite of financial products & services
Assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a “Trusted Advisor” to the HNW clientele
Ensure compliance with Private Banking policies and regulations and adhering to service quality standards.
Update relevant Relationship Manager with periodic evaluation report for customers’ portfolio, prepare investment proposals for clients and provide accurate customer information.
Assist in identifying new HNW clients and assist in the analysis of existing client business and identify new business opportunities.
Assist in establishing sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships.
Assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in providing clients with comprehensive advisory services.
Check documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles.
Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing)
Escalate customer suggestions/concerns to the Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager.
Provide high level of customer service to clients (proactive calls)
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Finance or any related field.
1-2 years in relationship management and sales of financial/investment products with a leading international / regional private bank.
Fluency in English & Arabic (where relevant) .
Excellent communication, networking and selling skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, & listening skills.
Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and investment management.
General understanding of market Dynamics / trends, and internal & external policies & controls regulations.
Ability to provide financial solutions to sophisticated clients.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
