Job based in Aswan, Egypt
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Daily field visits for his assigned shops to ensure smooth operations
Perform regular inspection visits to evaluate general performance of the Mini Franchise outlets
Ensure delivering of good customer experience & Quality provided
Assist in Co-ordinating to develop Partner’s staff & accordingly maintain highly P&S knowledge
Direct contact with partner’s retail staff as well to enhance quality & services provided to end CST.
Monitor Sales & target achievements as to be aligned with function total achievements.
Assist in service & projects readiness plan for the new outlets
Handling all communications with the account operational & sales management.
Report all competitive & market activities.
Ensure consistent branding
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
1 – 3 years of experience in sales /Commercial experience
