Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs
Plan and implement a production schedule and adjust if needed
Determine the human and material resources required and manage to meet production targets
Monitor quality standards of products and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
Implement cost control and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
Ensure the standard operating procedures are adhered to health and safety
Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
Internship Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Maximum 2 years of experience preferably in production, maintenance or mechanical engineering
Fluency in English is a must
Good knowledge of mathematics skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office
