The Arab Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Channels Coordinator who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implement channels business plan in line with Retail strategy and budget.
Assist Channels Supervisor in assessing and enhancing channels services.
Analyze and coordinate with related department to ensure availability on regular basis of the channels performance/ profitability in the country (branches, ATMs, IB, PB, SMS banking, Website) and take corrective action to improve performance.
Cater for and follow up on branches requirements in terms of equipment, PC’s, furniture systems, etc., in coordination with other bank’s departments/divisions.
Support the Branches Network.
Accomplish and coordinate with related departments the required tasks/efforts to ensure adherence to bank image and branding in relation to branch renovation, ATM branding, E-Channels’ image, etc.
Execute the requirements with regards to the branch and ATM networks expansion in terms of new locations selection, closing existing location, or relocation in line with Global Channels’ strategy.
Job Requirements
University degree from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years experience in Banking in a related field in a leading financial institution.
Fluent in English and in Arabic
Presentation skills
Interpersonal and communications skills.
Analytical skills.
Understanding of Banking and banking retail operations.
Excellent Computer skills.
