RAKBANK is looking to hire Telesales Officers to solicit general insurance products over the phone (outbound and inbound)
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Generating revenue through inbound and outbound telephonic solicitation for pre-underwritten general insurance products
Achieving or exceeding the monthly targets
Demonstrating accurate product knowledge and answer customer queries (if any) related to product/benefit/service
Ensuring that TAT commitments are adhered to at all times
Handling customers' service requests for associated products in a professional manner
Generating leads from customer interactions to create future pipelines for business
Providing customer feedback on our propositions and suggesting improvements
Providing feedback to the customers on our propositions and suggesting improvements (if any)
Ensuring the submission of all records/documents with accuracy
Job Requirements

Must be self-motivated
Must possess presence of mind and service oriented mindset
Should be able to thrive under a target-oriented environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales role
