Job Description
We are looking to hire Sales Officers to sell Personal Banking products for our Direct Sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To promote the sales of various Personal Banking products in the allocated markets.
To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
To conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling credit cards.
To manage achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.
Job Requirements
University Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry
Ability to work under pressure
Target oriented
Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
Excellent Product Knowledge
