Bank Audi - Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Benefits Officer
Department: Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Administrate the Bank ’s Medical insurance Coverage (e.g., insurance additions, Deletions, Claims and Renewal Cycle)
Implement Staff Life insurance and saving plans and schemes.
Intiate Staff loans , Personal Credit facilities and Credit Cards.
Research and analyse benefits plans, programs, and policies.
Recommend Benefit programs enchantments based on proper data analyses.
Review government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends.
Work with insurance brokers and benefits careers
Job Requirements
0-2years of related experience in HR Preferably Experienced in medical insurance operation.
Fresh graduates of relevant graduation year are eligible to apply (2018,2019)
Bachelor degree in relevant Major(Business,Economies, Management,etc.
Excellent Numerical and attention to details skills.
Excellent Communication and problem solving skills.
Self Confidence and Presentation skills.
Excellent Command of English.
Minimum Good grade.
