    Bank Audi - Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Benefits Officer

    Department: Human Resources

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Administrate the Bank ’s Medical insurance Coverage (e.g., insurance additions, Deletions, Claims and Renewal Cycle)

    • Implement Staff Life insurance and saving plans and schemes.

    • Intiate Staff loans , Personal Credit facilities and Credit Cards.

    • Research and analyse benefits plans, programs, and policies.

    • Recommend Benefit programs enchantments based on proper data analyses.

    • Review government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends.

    • Work with insurance brokers and benefits careers

    Job Requirements

    • ‎‏0-2years of related experience in HR Preferably Experienced in medical insurance operation.‎‏

    • ‎‏Fresh graduates of relevant graduation year are eligible to apply (2018,2019)‎‏

    • ‎‏Bachelor degree in relevant Major(Business,Economies, Management,etc.

    • ‎‏Excellent Numerical and attention to details skills.

    • ‎‏Excellent Communication and problem solving skills.

    • ‎‏Self Confidence and Presentation skills.

    • ‎‏Excellent Command of English.‎‏

    • ‎‏Minimum Good grade.
